SHIPPING INFORMATION

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Most retail orders will be shipped within two to three business days, distributor orders ship five to seven days. A salesperson will give you the date of shipping and arrival. If you need your order quicker, shipping by Air will save shipping time, and if you want your order processed quicker, read about In House Rush below. Please note: Frantz business week is Monday - Friday.

In House Rush $10.00. If you want your order to receive priority processing, ask if an In House Rush is available. Charges are $10 per box. In House Rush orders ship out the same business day if received by 10am. Large orders, or orders called in late in the day may go out the next day. 

CONTINENTAL U.S. : Orders will be shipped  UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by customer.

ALASKA & HAWAII: Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by customer.

UPS DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING

UPS charges are determined by dimensional size or actual weight, value and destination. All shipping estimates for this method include insurance unless otherwise stated in estimate or below.

GROUND - 1-6 business days. (Not including: Day shipped, holidays, weekends)
3RD DAY - 3 Days (Not including: Day shipped, holidays or weekends)
2ND DAY - 2 Days (Not including: Day shipped, holidays or weekends)
NEXT DAY - Next Business Day (Not including: Holidays, weekends)
NEXT DAY SAT - Only Available on Friday, will be charged for next day air shipping plus an extra $15.00. (Not available in all areas)

UPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

C.O.D. NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We have great shipping rates and no brokerage charges if you allow UPS to be your broker when using UPS express. Some remote areas do have extended area charges and may take longer than usual. Confirm with your Sales Rep regarding any specific country

restrictions. 

MAIL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

C.O.D. NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. 

Prepayment and money wire options are available. 

When shipping Airmail or Sea mail, if the package is lost or damaged, Claims can take up to 6 months. 

If a replacement is needed immediately, customers will have to pay for the order again, and when the claim is received, the customer will be refunded. These dates do not include weekends or holidays.
