Adding to your orderADDING ON TO YOUR ORDER Please Note: Changing your order once it has begun the processing stage may delay the shipping of your order by one business day. Customers may add on to their current pending orders as long as the order has not been shipped and has not reached the following stages:
If the order has reached any of the stages listed above add-ons can not be processed. However a separate new order can still be placed and will most likely ship in a separate box. If a Customer needs to add on more than 5 items to their order, a new Sales Order will be created as a "Ship-With" order. "Ship-With" orders will count toward & retain any pound or group discounts related to the original order, and when possible will ship in the same box as the original order. HOLD/SHIP-WITH ORDERS Please Note: Changing your order once it has begun the processing stage may delay the shipping of your order by one business day. Occasionally a Customer may need to place a 2 part order, which involves them placing an initial order which will be followed up with an additional order or any additional items at a later time. There are two options for this process-
A Sales Quote will give the customer a good idea of item prices, discounts and shipping costs without requiring order finalization or payment. This gives the customer the freedom to add or change their order freely until they are satisfied. We usually hold Sales Quotes for 30 days (Sometimes longer if the customer continues to actively build the Quote). NOTE: Please remember that a Sales Quote does not guarantee or hold prices, discounts or inventory as these elements may change with out notice. A Hold/Ship-with Order works best for the Customer who knows exactly what they want for the first portion of their order, but wants to add more at a later date to ship with the Original Order. This requires the Customer to assign a payment and shipping method, and finalize the first portion of their order. This process will guarantee prices, discounts & inventory on the portion finalized. The Original Order will be processed as usual; except for once the Original Order has been pulled it will be placed in a holding area to be shipped with the second Order at a later date. We will hold these orders for up to 60 days. After 60 days the Customer will be required to have the order shipped, or the order will be restocked and restocking fees will apply. NOTE: If portions of an order are cancelled/restocked after it has been pulled restocking fees will apply. |
