Missing Shipment or Item


Contact Frantz Art Glass immediately if your shipment seems to be delayed or lost.

If your shipment does not arrive by the estimated delivery date please contact us. We will track the package to determine whether it was lost or delayed. If we suspect the shipment has been lost by the carrier, we will contact the carrier and have them trace the shipment. If the carrier is unable to trace the shipment Frantz Art Glass will send out a replacement shipment.


You must call within 24 hrs of receipt of order to report any items that appear to be missing from the order.

If you suspect that an item is missing from your order check the following and then notify us immediatley if you were still unable to locate the item.

  • Check your Invoice to see if the item was shipped/charged.
  • Empty the packaging material to see if the item was lost in the peanuts/bubblewrap etc...
  • Check to see if the item was packed in a bag or bundle with another item. Often small items will bagged or wrapped together for protection.
