WEB ORDER PROCESS

Web order totals are quotes only, an updated copy of your order will be emailed to you once your order is received and Frantz has begun processing it. Actual glass weights and shipping costs will be charged when your order is invoiced.

ORDER IS PLACED ONLINE:Customers will need to set themselves up with a log in and password if they have not registered with our new website before. Customers must be logged on to the website with their email and password in order to process an order online. It is important to keep us (and your online customer account) updated with your current email address when ordering so that we can keep your customer account updated and you can keep receivingimportant and informative emails regarding your order.

We are constantly updating our website with new helpful features. Our website is now able to calculate weight

ORDER IS RECEIVED BY FRANTZ ART GLASS:Once an order is submitted online it is directed to Frantz Art Glass. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received.† Please allow 3-4 business days to process and ship your order.

This includes Store Pickup†also-please allow†1-2 days to process your web order for pickup.

ORDER IS PROCESSED: Frantz Art Glass will manually update your web order with any stock status, shipping info, or additional discounts that may apply. Once your order is updated a copy will be emailed to you.

ORDER IS INVOICED & SHIPPING IS APPLIED: Once your order has been processed, filled and boxed actual shipping will be applied.A shipping label & tracking number will be assigned to your order and your order will be shipped. An email with this information will automatically be sent to the default email address on the customerís account. It is important to keep us (and your online customer account) updated with your current email address when ordering so that we can keep your customer account updated and you can keep receivingimportant and informative emails regarding your order.

ORDER IS SHIPPED: Once an order is shipped the Customer can track it by using the tracking number and website address that was automatically emailed to them from Frantz Art Glass at the time of shipping. If for any reason there is a delay or issue with the package once it has shipped, the Customer may contact Frantz Art Glass at any time for further assistance.

ORDER IS RECEIVED:Immediately upon receipt of your package please inspect for accuracy and/or damage! Customers must contact us within 24 hrs after receiving their package to report any damage to the package or items. If any items in the order seem to be missing or incorrect please contacts us within 24 hrs as well. We will do our best to fix the problem immediately.

STATUS: Throughout your order process you may receive emailed copies of your order. Depending on the status of your order it may be referred to as one of the following. A Sales Quote, Sales Order &† Sales Invoice. Please see the following key to get more information regarding order status.

Sales Quote:† While an order is being written up or completed it will remain in a Sales Quote.

Sales Order:† Once an order has been completely written up and is ready to be pulled, it†will then be†turned into a Sales Order.

Sales Invoice:† This is the final stage of your order. The order is turned into a Sales Invoice when it has been pulled, boxed and is ready to be shipped. The Sales Invoice total is your final bill and the total of the invoice is the amount that you will be charged.† This will be emailed electronically upon final Invoice stage. Your invoice will include your tracking number.
