We try to make sure that the weight on any of our products is correct so that the shopping cart will show you an accurate shipping and insurance amount. However, shipping and insurance on this site are only estimates. We do not charge your credit card or finalize your order when you click "submit". Rather, all orders are pulled and placed into our accounting system. At that time, you will receive a final invoice, containing all the available products you have ordered with an accurate shipping and insurance amount.
You MUST make sure that you have the correct address on file with us. If you have provided an old address and your order is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot be responsible for its redelivery or replacement of the items you ordered. Make sure that if you have an old address on file in your website profile, that you delete it and keep your address current.

Customer agrees to:
- Credit limit of $200.00
- Payment on receipt but, no longer than 45 days
- Outstanding balances are subject to one time late charge of $10.00 and 1.5% per month interest.
- Frantz Art Glass and Supply reserves the right to charge the customers credit card on file if payment is not received within 60 days.
- Customer agrees to pay any collection costs incurred to collect the account balance including court costs, collection fees and attorneys fees of not less than 33% of the unpaid principle interest.
- Customer agrees to provide Frantz Art Glass and Supply with all requested credit application information by telephone or written correspondence.
- Customer agrees to the need for verification of all information and authorizes and releases all banks, business and persons to furnish any and all information requested by Frantz Art Glass and Supply.
- Applicant personally guarantees payment for all items purchased on credit from Frantz Art Glass & Supply. Guarantor expressly waives all notice of acceptance of this guarantee, notice of extension of credit to applicant, presentment or demand for payment and any notice of default by applicant and all other notices guarantor might otherwise be entitled to.
